Rethings — Proprietary Software Licence

Rethings is an app for building photo and video looks out of layered effects, by Things That. This licence covers the Rethings software.

1) Ownership

All right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, remain exclusively with Things That Ltd and its licensors. No title to or ownership of the Software is transferred to you.

2) Licence grant

Subject to these terms, Things That Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes, and only as permitted by the Mac App Store terms that apply to your purchase or download.

3) Restrictions

Unauthorised copying, reverse engineering, reproduction, disclosure, or use of this code, in whole or in part, is prohibited.

4) Third-party components

The Software may include or ship with third-party components that are licensed under their own terms. Those terms continue to apply to those components only. Nothing in those third-party licences grants rights in Things That Ltd's proprietary code.
